Eddie Stern is a yoga teacher, author, and lecturer from NYC. He is known for his expertise in teaching Ashtanga Yoga, as well as for his work in furthering access to yoga and meditation in underserved populations. He is the creator of The Breathing App, and his latest book, One Simple Thing, is out now.
